Direct drill FRP is mainly used to protect the original anti-corrosion coating from hard damage during the crossing of pipeline directional drilling, provide mechanical protection for the outer anti-corrosion coating of pipeline, and reduce the risk of damage to the anti-corrosion coating when the pipeline is dragged back.
There are mainly two products and application forms: UV-curing FRP and epoxy FRP.
(1) UV-curing FRP protective coating solution
UV-curing FRP, also known as UV-curing protective tape, is a kind of photosensitive polymer sheet composite material, which can react quickly under ultraviolet light and become hard and smooth;
UV-curing FRP has excellent mechanical properties and construction convenience, can be constructed under -20°C conditions, quickly cured under ultraviolet source or sunlight, and quickly restore mechanical strength.
2) Epoxy FRP mechanized prefabricated solution
Meet the DEC design specifications and SY / T7368 through the pipeline anti-corrosion layer technical specifications, applicable to the diameter of D108 ~ 1422 steel pipe FRP outer coating production construction, can greatly improve the performance of epoxy FRP and product quality, greatly improve production efficiency, compress the project period and cost, is a revolutionary technology for direct drilling FRP construction.
